Sales LettersThese sales letters are not the "final" versions in that they don't contain design graphics, although I did insert some basic graphics and varied the fonts to give my clients ideas for layout and flow.

I worked with graphic designers to create these pieces. In each case, the graphic design was created around my content and layout. Note that the first two links in the list open two parts of a large marketing project that included graduated pages inserted in the left- and right-hand pockets of a folder (the piece focuses on promoting the positive aspects of four neighborhoods and "selling" the organization's services).

The brochures listed below represent several in a line of fourteen that were developed for a mortgage consulting firm. They were created to get the business name in front of people without spending a lot of money. I used a black and white design, simple (free!) graphics, and then made sure to wrap helpful information in a subtle sales message.
The advertisement (last in the list) was created in black and white. The goal was to include as much information about a multi-talented business as possible in a small space.
